Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin insists there was no finger pointing after defeat to Arsenal.
Goalkeeper Artur Boruc's gaffe led to Olivier Giroud scoring the first of his two goals.
"At half-time we just said to Artur 'keep your head up and keep the confidence you have had since the start of the season'," said Schneiderlin.
"It is always difficult when you make a mistake like he did to get back in the game.
"But I think he managed it well. Artur is a great keeper, a very experienced guy and he's going to save us some more goals because he's a competitor. "He's done ever so well for us since the start of the season and in the second part of last season.
"He's a very, very good goalkeeper. We just need to be a group. When someone makes a mistake we are all together in the same boat.
"Next time it will be another guy who is going to makes a mistake and Artur will be there to help him out. That is football.
"I'm sure that next week and in the upcoming games he's going to be spot on."
