Saul Niguez insists Joao Felix would be welcomed back by Atletico Madrid's players.

The forward is on-loan at Barcelona for the season and there's doubts the Catalans can afford to buy the Portuguese outright.

Saul told Mundo Deportivo, "If he comes back, he will be welcomed.

"We players know that, whenever he wore the shirt, he always tried to give his best.

"Sometimes he succeeded and sometimes he didn't."
