Ryan Yates says Nottingham Forest can be pleased with their 1-1 draw against Aston Villa.

Emmanuel Dennis had Forest a goal ahead before Ashley Young's equaliser.

Yates said, "A good point, we wanted to win the game but we had to stop the rot, we've been losing a lot of games recently.

"We wanted to do it for the fans and ourselves. We worked hard to get into the Premier League and we don't want to put in many performances like that (the 4-0 loss to Leicester).

"It's a point but we wanted more, especially at home. We have to look at the positives from tonight and move forward."
