Hull City fullback Liam Rosenior feels defensive teammates James Chester and Curtis Davies are England class.
The Tigers pulled eight points clear of the relegation zone on Saturday - their biggest advantage yet - with a 2-0 win over drop rivals West Bromwich Albion at the KC Stadium.
"The two centre-halves were fantastic. Curtis has been great all season, I can't speak highly enough of him as a player or as a lad," Rosenior told the Hull Daily Mail.
"James Chester is the same. I can remember being asked at the start of the season and I said the Premier League would suit him down to the ground.
"Honestly, I'm not get carried away with those two but I can't see two centre-halves I'd rather play with at the moment.
"It's a shame they've both been overlooked. I think Chezzy is good enough for international level, as well as Curtis.
"Maybe his height counts against him but his reading of the game and his pace are outstanding. Those two together are fantastic."
