Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp feels they could do with some Gazza in his locker room this season.
Redknapp admits he'd like the character Paul Gascoigne would bring to a dressing room.
He said: "I suppose back then Gascoigne would have made some noise in the dressing room but the real talking would have been done by someone like Gary Mabbutt. What a club servant he has been.
"But I don't think there are that many clubs who have the type of people I was talking about anyway.
"Where do you find the Tony Adams of this world? There are not many around. Not many who stay at a club long enough.
"There are players like the Steven Gerrards, the Carraghers, the John Terrys of this world. They are very difficult to find but every manager wants one.
"Footballers in general are a lot quieter than they used to be." "But we do have leaders. Whether it be Ledley King when he plays, William Gallas or Michael Dawson, they are all big men at the back. They all have those leadership qualities. And Scotty (Parker) has given us a lot more in terms of the vocals.
