RB Leipzig have accepted an offer from Manchester City for Josko Gvardiol.

After several weeks of haggling, it's been confirmed the two clubs have settled on a €90m fee for the Croatia international defender.

There is hope now of City and Gvardiol closing an agreement in time for him to be registered for the Community Shield against Arsenal this weekend.

Gvardiol is expected in England over the next 24 hours for his medical.

The stopper arrives with fresh doubts over the future of Aymeric Laporte.
