QPR prepared to sell Hoilett

QPR are ready to sell Junior Hoilett in January.

The London Evening Standard says Hoilett has failed to establish himself as a regular in the first team since joining from Blackburn for £4m in 2012.

Manager Harry Redknapp wants to sign at least two players, but has been told he has a limited budget and fears his long standing interest in Toronto forward Jermain Defoe is now at risk due to the cost.

Hoilett could raise some much needed revenue to fund Defoe's switch. It has been reported that Everton, Sunderland, West Ham, Southampton, Leicester and Swansea are all in the hunt for his signature.
