Paris Saint-Germain youngster Hugo Ektike was among those in attendance in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The Parisian club took on Newcastle United at the Parc des Princes and played out a 1-1 draw.

The Magpies tried to sign Ektike twice in 2022, but the ex-Stade de Reims youngster chose PSG.

He has struggled at the club, making only one appearance as a substitute this season.

Ektike was not even in manager Luis Enrique's Champions League squad, with a January loan likely.

Whether Newcastle go back in for the talented 21-year-old is unclear, given how much his stock has fallen.
