PSG midfielder Idrissa Gueye is due to fly to England in the coming days.

The Senegal international is set for a return to Everton this summer.

Gueye has been linked to the Toffees for several weeks, but a move has yet to officially materialize.

The Athletic reports that the deal is now very close, as Gueye will undergo a medical and sign a two-year contract.

Everything must be done before the transfer window closes on September 1st.

His contract will include a club option for a third year, should Gueye be a success in the coming campaigns.
