Portsmouth have slashed their asking price for defender Younes Kaboul, it has been revealed.
The Daily Express says Kaboul was being hawked around at a cool £9m last month, while today his price will be nearer £4m.
Even at that, some managers will be reluctant to do business in the knowledge that as the clock counts down to January 31, Portsmouth's bargaining power will be eroded further.
Kaboul is a top target for new Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini.
