Porto have left Fernando out of their squad for tomorrow's game with Maritimo.

Manchester City are in talks with Porto over a £6 million deal for the Brazilian, who is off contract in June.

Porto hope to cash in today and there are sources at Manchester airport claiming a private jet - from Portugal - is due to touch down this afternoon.

Whether it will be carrying Fernando is unconfirmed, but City boss Manuel Pellegrini confirmed this morning he expected "business" during today's deadline day.
