Manchester City youngster Oscar Bobb is relishing the chance to win Premier League 2.

The Blues are only a single win away from claiming the trophy this season.

A 3-1 win over Chelsea means that Bobb and his teammates will soon be lifting the title.

Bobb, Kian Breckin and Carlos Borges were the scorers against second placed Chelsea at the weekend.

“We're excited. I think it's a great position to be in and there's a lot of competition in the squad now, so we train hard to try to get a place in the starting line-up," he explained to club media.

“It would be great [to win a third consecutive PL2 title].

“This team and this club have done very well in the last couple of seasons and it's an honor to play for this club and it would be great to win the Premier League 2 again.

“We're all very happy [with the result against Chelsea]. We knew it was going to be a very tough game against one of the best teams in the league.

“Coming out on top was great and it was a solid performance."
