Sacked PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino is set to remain in Ligue 1.

The Argentine, says Foot Mercato, is in advanced talks to take charge of Nice.

A meeting has been held between Pochettino's management team and Nice in recent days.

Current coach Lucien Favre, hired only in the summer, is under huge pressure with OGCN sitting in the bottom half of the table.

Former Tottenham manager Pochettino is a free agent after being axed by PSG at the end of last season.
