Newcastle United are seeking a loan club for Adam Armstrong.

The young striker enjoyed a late season run of first team games this past campaign.

The Evening Chronicle says Armstrong will be sent out on loan next year in a bid to speed up his development.

A number of Championship and League One clubs are interested in taking the youngster on a season-long loan, with Ipswich Town having been keen on Armstrong last summer.
