Newcastle defender Emil Krafth admits he's enjoyed his football under manager Eddie Howe.
The Swede says the club has been transformed under Howe this season.
Krafth told Fotbolskanalen: "I think it's a lot of the coach. I think the football he wants to play suits us better as a team, and also suits me better individually.
"When we had Steve Bruce, it was much more defensive. We would defend a lot, and when we won the ball we were as low as the team and had a long way to go to attack.
"But now with the new coach he wants to play more a 'possession game', win the ball higher up and push teams higher up so we win the ball higher up. Which suits me better because I want to be an attacking full-back."
On signing a new deal, he added: "Yes, we thrive very well in Newcastle, me and my family. So if they would offer it (extend the contract), I'd do so absolutely."
