That's according to former Tottenham midfielder Jamie Redknapp.
"My feeling when I look at him is that he almost wants to be free from his suffering. He looks like a man who has done the best he can. But now it is no longer enough," Redknapp told Sky Sports.
"He hates every second of it, no one likes it if you have done nothing wrong (the mockery from the fans). He does not want to be there.
"I think he's going to be relieved when he gets the phone call from the boardroom."
