Andrew Crofts says he's enjoying his U23 coaching post at Brighton.
The former Welsh international got off to the perfect start in charge of the club's under-23 side alongside Shannon Ruth with a thumping 6-1 win over West Ham United, before drawing with Leicester City and being defeated by Manchester City.
He said, “I have been lucky to play for some top people and top managers.
“At Brighton I worked under the likes of Chris Hughton and Oscar Garcia – we've had lots of different ways of working and speaking to people and I take little bits from everyone.
“Then there's Paul Lambert at Norwich and the pair of Chris Coleman and Gary Speed at Wales and John Toshack too.
“I am very lucky to have worked with some great football people and you can't help but take bits from them, but I will very much be my own person and I am enthused by football."
