Napoli goalkeeper Alex Meret hailed their attitude for this week's draw at Liverpool.
The 1-1 result keeps Napoli's hopes of qualification alive.
“It was a very difficult night, they pushed for 90 minutes, but we showed great humility and played the game we needed to in the circumstances," the shot-stopper told Sky Sport Italia.
“The only regret is that we made too many mistakes in possession and playing our way out from the back.
“We need to learn from this humility, spirit of sacrifice and team spirit, hoping to use that in our other games as well. We need a point now against Genk and hope to book our place in the Round of 16."
