Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti says there's too much pressure on Lorenzo Insigne.
The midfielder's form has dramatically fallen away in recent weeks.
“He's a player who feels very responsible," Ancelotti told reporters.
“He's an important player and the captain of Napoli: responsibility is an important motivation, but too much of it isn't good.
“We have to help him manage it, me first. Lorenzo was born in Naples, grew up at this club and is now captain.
“We'll do everything to help him manage this responsibility he's been given and that he must control because it can be an important motivation, but if it becomes excessive then it's no longer good."
