Former Juventus director general Luciano Moggi is convinced Zlatan Ibrahimovic can be a success with AC Milan.

The former striker, who Moggi signed for Juve, is in talks with Milan about a management role.

Moggi told Radio Bianconera: "I know Zlatan, I saw him practically as a boy, but when I met him I immediately had the feeling that he had that kind of stuff that could take him far, but not just as a player, but as a man.

"He is charismatic, he lacks nothing to be a great manager. I see him not well, but very well in this role.

“I don't know anything about it, but if Milan thought of him to fill a role that maybe doesn't exist now, I think it's the right choice, prudent and also perfect. Zlatan is an exceptional boy, an incredible man, just look at the career he has had and where he has arrived.

"He has an experience that few can have, he has charisma and had the opportunity to have an incredible person like Mino (Raiola) at his side."
