Man City youngster Bobb recalls Prem debut: I'll never forget

Manchester City midfielder Oscar Bobb has recalled making his Premier League debut earlier this season.

Bobb featured in the 5-0 defeat of Fulham in September.

“Making my Premier League debut for City was great, it was a dream come true. A lifelong dream," Bobb told City's website.

“I was extremely proud but, in the moment, I was just focused and excited.

“Juanma (Lillo), Inigo (Dominguez) and Carlos (Vicens), all instructed me on what to do and what my role was, and they really helped me be prepared coming on to the pitch.

“The lads were obviously in a good position when I came onto the pitch which gave me that extra bit of confidence to try and show the fans what I am capable of.

“They were great too in helping prepare me and tell what to expect.

“Everyone knows the Premier League is the best and hardest competition in the world, so the day I made my debut was a proud day for me and family.

“I remember in 2017 I was at the Etihad along with my Mum and Dad watching City play Spurs in a Premier League game that December.

“So, coming onto the pitch to make my debut in that same environment with the great fans we have was even more special.

“It was a day I'll never forget."
