Manchester City must submit a new offer if they wish to sign Kalidou Koulibaly.
The veteran centre-half is Pep Guardiola's main target for their defence, even after the team signed Nathan Ake from Bournemouth.
However, Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano claims City must submit a new offer if they want to sign Koulibaly.
They have not reached an agreement with the Italian club.
Napoli are willing to sell Koulibaly, provided the price is right.
Romano also suggests the club are busy looking for replacements, and are being linked with players such as Jeremie Boga, Sokratis, Jordan Veretout and Cengiz Under.
