Manchester City are ready to up their interest in Real Madrid midfielder Isco.

While a favourite of Real coach Zinedine Zidane, the Spain international has been put up for sale this summer, says Marca.

After spending over €300m so far this summer, Real need to balance the books with several sales.

Isco is among those players now available and can leave for €80m.

City boss Pep Guardiola has been tracking Isco for 18 months and is now ready to move for the midfielder. He sees the playmaker as an eventual successor for David Silva.

Silva will leave City at the end of next season.
