Manchester City are ready to splash out on Swansea City winger Daniel James.

The Manchester Evening News says City are prepared to meet Swansea's asking price and sign James this summer.

James featured for Swansea during their 3-2 defeat to City on March 16 in the FA Cup quarter-finals at the Liberty Stadium.
