Manchester City are ready to offer new terms to Fabian Delph.

The Sun says City will open contract talks with Delph, who is out of contract next summer.

The report says City will cash in this summer if he wants to leave the Etihad and chooses not to sign a new contract.

Delph deputised at left-back for much of last season as City won the Premier League, but has been less convincing this season when filling in for the injured Benjamin Mendy.
