Manchester City have tabled a bid for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
Eurosport says City have made an opening bid for Koulibaly.
City boss Pep Guardiola is looking to bolster his defence with their Champions League status for next season confirmed.
The Spaniard has already signed Nathan Ake from Bournemouth for £41m.
But Koulibaly is next on the list, with an opening offer of £70m made.
