Sergio Aguero has called on rescue authorities to continue their search for Emiliano Sala.

The Cardiff City striker, along with pilot David Ibbotson, have been missing since the plane they were flying in disappeared off the coast of Guernsey on Monday night.

Authorities have now called off the search indefinitely, but Aguero has joined a number of parties calling for it to resume.

"We don't want to give up, we want to hold on to hope," tweeted the City striker

"That's why I also wish #NoDejenDeBuscar - don't call off the search. From the start, my thoughts have been with Emiliano, his family and friends #PrayForSala."
