Manchester City star Raheem Sterling is hopeful of making his team's Premier League game against Tottenham next weekend.
Sterling missed the England v Belgium UEFA Nations League clash on Sunday due to a calf problem.
He was expected to start the match, but pulled out on the day of the game.
According to the Daily Mail, Sterling will not play in England's next game on Wednesday either.
But he is hopeful of being back when City take on Spurs on Saturday.
City will want to be at full strength as they take on a high flying Spurs team.
