Stoke City forward Joselu has slammed Manchester City for their subpar performance in the Champions League semi-final defeat to Real Madrid on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old claims that City's players played like school kids in the 1-0 defeat at the Santiago Bernabeu and didn't deserve to be in the final four of Europe's premier club competition.
He said: "My team-mates were saying in the WhatsApp group that Manchester City played like a group of friends kicking the ball about at the school playground.
"Manchester City had no attitude in the game. They almost made it to the finals despite wandering on the pitch.
"Manchester City played with no attitude whatsoever and didn't deserve to be in the Champions League semi-finals.
"In the Premier League, Manchester City have had, shall we say a s****y season."
