Man City sent two major scouts to watch Spain U19 draw; Inter Milan also represented

Scouts from across Europe attended Spain U19's draw with Austria yesterday.

Marca says despite failing to beat Austria and drawing 2-2 in the European Under-19 Championship qualifiers on Wednesday, Santi Denia's Spain side is a group made up by players who stand out for their skills.

Hugo Novoa, Jesus Vazquez, Nico Serrano, Pablo Torre and Pablo Barrios are just some of the youngsters who have stood out and forced dozens of teams to send scouts at the game that took place at the Estadi Olimpic Camilo Cano La Nucia in Alicante.

In fact, more than 100 of the 500 attendees were accredited club scouts, the majority of whom would travel from England as up to 13 Premier League teams were represented at the stands.

Among them, there were the head of Manchester City's scouting department for the first team, as well as the scout of the U19 side of the Sky Blues.

There were also scouts from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Sevilla, as well as Inter and Atalanta as representatives from Serie A.
