Man City ready to hand Bobb bumper new contract

Manchester City are ready to upgrade the deal of Oscar Bobb.

The Norwegian youngster is rated highly by City boss Pep Guardiola.

The Daily Star says a new deal to 2029 is being drawn up for Bobb and his agents' consideration.

Bobb, 20, has two years left on his current £12,000-a-week contract - but that weekly wage is jumping to £36k following his promotion into the Etihad first-team squad.

Bobb has twice won the club's Under-23 Player of the Year.
