Manchester City are watching Reece Oxford's situation at West Ham.
The Sun says representatives from City and Borussia Monchengladbach attended a Hammers' Under 23 match against Chelsea last week and saw Oxford score the opening goal.
Hoffenheim scouts were also in attendance as Oxford attracts plenty of attention from Germany following his loan spell with Borussia Monchengladbach last year.
The 19-year-old could become available in January having not featured for West Ham since Manuel Pellegrini took over.
City are reportedly especially keen given Oxford would boost their quota of homegrown players.
