Manchester City captain Fernandinho is weighing up a return to Brazil this summer.

Off contract in June, the veteran midfielder is set to leave City as a free agent at the end of the season, reports the Mirror.

A move to MLS has been mooted for Fernandinho, though Brazilian clubs are also positioning themselves to sign the player.

Now 35, Fernandinho has managed five appearances for City this season.
