Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits he fears losing his stars this summer.
City have copped a two season Champions League ban in the past week, which has led to talk of their big names seeking moves away.
And just yesterday, Raheem Sterling talked up his admiration of Real Madrid in an interview with Real Madrid.
In response, Guardiola said: "All clubs need to know that when Real Madrid or Barça knock on the door, the other clubs must shake, they will have a little trouble.
"Barcelona and Real Madrid are perhaps the strongest and most powerful teams in terms of history and how good they are. It's normal and I understand completely.
"But at the same time you see the commitment from Raheem, every day when he arrives. His dedication to every game, offensively and defensively ... he is one of the best players in the world and it is normal for big clubs to want him on their team.
"I do not know if Madrid or Barcelona have called his agent - I do not doubt his commitment from the first day to the last day that Raheem and others have had and will have until the end."
