Manchester City are discussing the potential transfer of Joao Cancelo with Juventus.

The Premier League champions want to add competition at right back, with Kyle Walker the only senior player in that position right now.

City are talking with Italian champions Juve about a big money deal for the Portuguese full back, per Sky in Italy.

Juventus want close to £55 million for the player, as it will allow them to strengthen in other areas.

Any deal must be done by next Thursday, with the Premier League transfer window shutting on August 8th.

Cancelo was part of the Portugal side that recently won the UEFA Nations League.
