Mainz sports director Rouven Schroder admits striker Yoshinori Muto is likely to move to England this summer.

The Japan international has attracted interest from Newcastle United and West Ham United this summer, though no firm offer has yet been received.

However, Schroder concedes there's now expectations they will sell Muto to a Premier League club in the coming weeks.

"The English have definitely woken up, there is now more interest in Yoshi," he told BILD.

"When the offers arrive, we will then have to evaluate them."
