Newcastle United loanee Adam Armstrong found the back of the net twice in Coventry's 3-2 win over Peterborough United in League One action on Saturday.
Arsmtong was instrumental in the Sky Blues' come from behind win, bagging two goals inside the final 10 minutes to secure all three points for his side at the Ricoh Arena, after they had previously trailed 2-0 at half-time.
The 18-year-old's stunning performance earned the praise of Coventry boss Tony Mowbray.
"I have just watched Armstrong's winner and if any player in the world scored a goal like that we'd all be eulogising about it," Mowbray said.
"It was an amazing turn, he chopped back on two defenders and rifled it in the bottom corner with an amazing finish.
"So I'm delighted; delighted for the fans to come and see players with the heart and desire they showed in the second-half.
"And I'm delighted for the players who know they have played against, in my opinion, one of the better teams in the league and get a positive result."
Unbelievable to come from 2-0 down to win 3-2! Lads were excellent!! Happy to have grabbed 2 goals
