Manchester United captain Vincent Kompany did not participate in Belgium training for the second consecutive day, but is not carrying an injury insists Red Devils manager Marc Wilmots.
Wilmots said Kompany is part of a group 'following an individual programme of rehabilitation indoors' ahead of friendly matches against Italy and Spain.
"What matters now is the mental and physical regeneration," Wilmots explained.
"It's important to recover as much as possible for the two (home friendly) games against Italy and Spain (on Friday and Tuesday respectively). That's why they are rested."
