Tottenham goalkeeper Joe Hart is excited by the "power" of the current squad.

Spurs are set to welcome new attacking signings Gareth Bale and Carlos Vinicius when the Premier League resumes this weekend.

Hart told the club's website: “It's a powerful squad, a squad that is starting to realise how special it could be.

“It's a squad where it's been proved already that everyone has a role to play, whatever that may be. If we're going to be successful, we need to get our heads around that."

Hart has settled in well since his August switch from Burnley and added: “I feel good. The guys have received me well. I like to think they understand me as a player and a person and what I'm trying to bring to the Club."
