Imam Jagne has explained breaking his contract at Everton.
The midfielder has returned to former club BK Hacken, where he is trainig ahead of making a decision on his next club in January.
"I felt that I stopped developing. I simply needed to come home and enjoy football again, because I think football is the most fun we have in this life. But when it gets to the point where it's no longer fun, then there's no point in continuing," Jagne told Fotbollskanalen.
"It wasn't as much fun anymore. I don't really know why, but it wasn't fun. I wanted to come home, play and just enjoy football again.
Now the midfielder trains with his former club BK Häcken. However, whether there will be a permanent transfer is uncertain.
"Häcken is a very good club and there are good players here. It's instructive training and Häcken is really in my heart. But we'll see, I'm open to anything. But I'm open to everything. It's a long way until January."
