American keeper Brad Guzan feels Aston Villa are progressing after collecting another point away at Hull City. A difficult opening to the campaign has now seen them take seven points from the last nine on offer lifting them into the top half of the table.
He told the Express and Star: "At the end of the day, a point on the road is not the worst result.
"But, at the same time, I think we lacked a bit going forward. I don't think we created enough chances.
"But you take the positive from it and the clean sheet is definitely a bonus.
"Going into the international break, it's three games on the bounce where we are undefeated."
