Pep Guardiola has dropped his biggest hint yet that he's ready to sign a new deal with Manchester City.

Guardiola admits he appreciates the support City's top brass have always given him.

He said, “I remember that when I arrived the directors didn't believe in winning the Champions League, the club didn't believe we could do it. It was a process, step by step.

"Today the directors don't give the coaches too much time to win but they gave it to me.

"They gave us time and now we are a team that believes we can do it again.

"I don't want to leave."
