Girona midfielder Rodrigo Riquelme is aware of former Atletico Madrid planning to re-sign him.

However, he insists his focus is on Girona.

He said: “I know that things and news come out, but I don't read them. I have that feeling that if I read it will be detrimental to my performance and I focus on day to day.

"I insist to my representatives that they do not tell me anything and I do not know if they have contacted them or not, so I cannot say anything.

"I was not 100% mature to be at the club and now, with the good step I took to come to Girona, I think the decision was the right one."
