Gianluca Scamacca has urged West Ham United to take their European form into the Premier League.

The Italian scored in Thursday's 3-0 win over Viborg to clinch a spot in the Europa Conference League group stages.

The Hammers are still winless in the Premier League, and Scamacca wants to take the European momentum back home.

"It was a good night. It was important to win and it wasn't easy here, but we did very good work," Scamacca said ahead of Sunday's clash with Aston Villa.

"Now we need to take this to the Premier League and we will do.

"It was nice to score and we are getting confidence together. I think in the next weeks we will be better."

He added: "We want to be in the Europa Conference League, so it was so important to win.

"Everyone want to play in the European competitions, so it was a big night for us and we will give 100 percent to go as far as possible."
