Germany skipper Philipp Lahm has targeted a top-four finish for his side at this year's World Cup.

Despite experiencing some injury concerns ahead of the tournament, Lahm believes Die Mannschaft can cope with the problems and produce a good result in South Africa.

"That we have lost players who are enormously important for us is a shame," Lahm said. "But we still have a top squad which can go far."
