Fulham are hoping to finalise a deal for Everton's John Heitinga.
The Cottagers are determined to bring the Dutch defender to southwest London after losing Philippe Senderos to Valencia.
30-year old Holland international Heitinga is out of favour at Goodison Park, appearing in just one Premier League game this season, and is keen to move on in order to gain regular first team football.
