Fulham fullback Timothy Fosu-Mensah admits he's had contact with Holland coach Ronald Koeman.
Fosu-Mensah spoke with Koeman when leaving Manchester United in August to join the Cottagers on-loan.
He told Voetbalzone: "You always want to play for the Dutch national team and certainly under such a good manager as Koeman. That is why I am very impressed.
"But it is now important to continue, I was doing a great job. Whether I have had contact with Koeman lately? Hell yes. During my transfer to Fulham ], I spoke to him. He said that it is especially important that I play a lot and I think so too.
"You learn only by playing games, which is why I chose Fulham."
