Nottingham Forest are demanding huge money to sell Brennan Johnson.
The Wales attacker is ready to leave the City Ground this month and has already attracted an offer from Brentford.
The Daily Mail says the Bees bid £35m plus bonuses for Johnson, but it fell short of Forest's valuation.
Instead, Forest will seek £50m to sell the Wales international.
Also watching developments are Tottenham, which will move for Johnson should Harry Kane be sold to Bayern Munich.
