Farense have released a statement after fans were accused by Wolves of racist taunts aimed to towards a player.
Wolves drew this Sunday in Faro, 1-1, and accused Farense supporters of racist chants towards a player from the English team, without his name being mentioned.
In response, Farense declared: "Throughout our 112 years of history, the club has always been guided by the defense of the dignity of the human person.
"We absolutely repudiate any form of racism or discrimination.
"In Sunday's game, no situation or act of this nature was perceptible.
"In light of the statement published by Wolverhampton, allegations of any racist act during the game in question will be thoroughly investigated."
