Brighton and Hove Albion boss Roberto De Zerbi has been charged by the FA.
The Football Association are not happy with De Zerbi's behavior after his side's 1-0 loss to Fulham recently.
He was shown a red card in the tunnel by the referee for his protests regarding decisions in the game.
De Zerbi does have until Monday to respond to the allegations, which could carry a fine and/or touchline ban.
An FA statement read: “It is alleged that the manager's behavior on the pitch at full-time was improper and that his behavior and/or language towards a match official in the tunnel afterwards was abusive and/or insulting and/or improper."
